We want you to love your Olive & Piper pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible jewelry. Items must be in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original Olive & Piper box and velvet pouch to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
